The Story
Our school of hops series showcases hop varieties by allowing them to stand alone and shine against a simple grain bill so you can dive even deeper into beer.
We used 100% Victoria from our friends at Ryefield Hops to produce this Fresh Hop IPA. Hop flowers give grassy, herbal tones to beers and because they are fresh off the bines, they’re a rare treat!
